Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Various schools in Essex
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated LSA's to support students' learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils in both group and one-to-one settings.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Foster emotional and social development through creative and interactive methods.
- Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and participation.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
- A caring and patient approach, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage pupils with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Experience working with SEN pupils is advantageous but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are preferred.
