We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students aged 16-19 in a post-16 setting, providing assistance with GCSE-level work and tailored support to help students succeed in their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class support to students aged 16-19, assisting with GCSE-level coursework and post-16 learning.
- Offer tailored academic support to meet the individual needs of students.
- Ensure students are engaged, motivated, and supported throughout their learning.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Experience supporting students aged 16-19, particularly with GCSE-level and post-16 subjects.
- Enhanced DBS check (must be on the update service).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Part-time role (Monday, Thursday, and Friday).
- Start ASAP.
- Duration: Until July 2025.
