?? What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children with learning disabilities and additional needs in all aspects of daily life
  • Promoting independence and personal development through engaging in activities and routines
  • Providing emotional support, structure, and consistency in line with individual care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in shift work including sleep-ins and weekend work (on a rota basis)

?? What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar care or support role (children or adults with LD preferred)
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them thrive
  • Resilience, patience, and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
