Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support in a supported living environment.
• Promote independence and encourage engagement in daily activities.
• Follow and contribute to individualised care plans.
• Administer medication safely, as per care plans.
• Foster positive relationships with families and healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience within a supported living environment
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible.
