About the RoleAs an SEN Support - Post 16 College, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for post-16 students with SEN.
- Assist learners with their academic progress, emotional well-being, and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Implement strategies to manage behavior effectively and promote positive learning experiences.
- Offer guidance to help students develop independence and life skills.

To be successful in this SEN Support - Post 16 College role, you must:
- Have experience working with post-16 learners or in a similar SEN support capacity.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive education.
- Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
