We are looking for an Organisation Design Consultant for a public sector client in Chelmsford.
This is an initial 6-month contract offering a salary between £500 to £600 per day inside IR35.
The role supports hybrid working arrangements.
Candidates should have proven experience in areas such as organisational design, development, and change management.
A strong background in programme and project management, as well as workforce strategy, is essential.

We are seeking an Organisation Design Consultant for our public sector client based in Chelmsford on an initial 6 month contract paying between £500 to £600 per day inside IR35.
