We are seeking a M365 & SharePoint Developer to lead and innovate in the creation, customisation, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions. This role is pivotal in driving business productivity and enhancing user experience through architecting and developing complex applications and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. There are a number of exciting projects in the pipeline for you to get your teeth in to.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage, configure, and develop within Office 365 environments, utilising a range of applications for document management and collaboration.
- Design and develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create integrated solutions that support business needs.
- Develop, customise, and manage Modern SharePoint sites, including site pages, web parts, and site templates.
- Implement front-end solutions utilising SPFx, PnP, and frameworks like JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Core.
- Integrate Office 365 applications with third-party and cloud services using APIs, JSON, and CSOM.
- Build Azure-based solutions integrated with Office 365, leveraging Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and other Azure services.
- Apply practical knowledge of SharePoint Online and associated services such as Search Service, User Profile Service, and Compliance Centre.
- Implement robust security practices when working with Office365, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, communicating complex technical concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Prioritise, plan, and multitask effectively within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and the full range of Office 365 apps.
- Experience with Azure Servers, Web Applications, Storage Solutions, Data Solutions, Machine Learning Solutions, and Networking.
- Proficiency in Web Design/Development using HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products.
- Experience with Azure SQL Database implementation and development with Azure Data Factory.
- Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management when working with Power Platform and Office365 Solutions.
- Hybrid working model (4 days office-based, 1 day working from home).
