Academics are exclusively working with a wonderful Primary school in the heart of Chelmsford to find an Aspiring Psychologist - SEN Teaching Assistant. This really is an opportunity not to be missed.
This is an ASAP start position, Monday - Friday, school hours (8:30am - 3:30pm). The daily rate for this role is between £83-£100 per day experience dependant.

Aspiring Psychologist - SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting children with Autism (ASD), Behaviour Needs (SEMH) & Global Delay
- Working 1-2-1 with students, building a nurturing relationship over the remaining academic year
- Pupils are great! - but requires additional support with a candidate who is resilient and can use their initiative to best support them
- If you are an Aspiring Child Psychologist, this role will add fantastic experience to your CV aiding future applications for MA & MSc's etc
- Working Monday-Friday, school hours - long term until at least July 2025 - perfect ahead of further studies
- £83-£100 day - dependant on experience (Term time only)
Aspiring Psychologist - SEN Teaching Assistant - Person details:
- Kind, caring, compassionate, resilient and able to use initiative
- A graduate is ideal, but not essential
- Ambitious with future career aspirations within; Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Support Work, Behaviour etc
- Some experience with children with additional needs, great if in a school settings, but can also be transferrable skills!
- Able to start in the next 2-3 weeks maximum - student needs support sooner rather than later
