About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to support students aged 16-20 at our Chelmsford campus. The role involves providing tailored assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them succeed in their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students aged 16-20 with SEN
  • Assist with learning activities and classroom tasks
  • Help develop learning materials tailored to individual needs
  • Support the teaching staff in monitoring and assessing student progress
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN is essential
  • Must have a valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students' growth
