We have an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated, passionate and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our team in Chelmsford! Our staff team is friendly, supportive and hardworking and we place significant importance on staff wellbeing and development.

This is an opportunity for you to join an academy which caters to 5 -19 year olds, who all have Special Educational Needs including Learning Difficulties, Autism and Speech, Language and Communication needs. Our partner school has a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere built on mutual respect which they pride themselves on.

You will be expected to support pupils under the direction of the Teacher and this may involve 1:1, small group or whole class support. Experience of working as a teaching assistant or within a Special School is not a pre-requisite for this position,but would be advantageous. An interest and enthusiasm for developing within this exciting, challenging and rewarding area of education is key.
