A friendly and diverse primary school in Chelmsford is searching for a well-being assistant to join their friendly, supportive and successful team in November. You will be supporting pupils across KS1 & KS2, with students requiring additional support due to various SEND/SEMH needs.

About the role:

  • Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
  • To work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff
  • To facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students
  • To work with small groups of individual students on specific tasks

The ideal candidate for the well-being Assistant role would be psychology graduates wanting to pursue a career in education, therapy, psychological research, mental health, speech and language and many more!

You'll be working alongside a dedicated inclusion team, teachers and SLT as well as having the opportunity to engage with specialists regularly.
