Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Job Title: Life Skills Tutor

Pay and working hours:

• Per hour: 27-35 an hour
• Working hours: Full-time (37 hours)

Experience Needed:

• Working with or supporting young people

Experience Desired:

• Tutoring students
• Experience of using positive strategies to overcome barriers to learning
• Experience of delivering and supporting enrichment activities
• Previous experience of working within an educational setting

Desired Qualifications:

• Must hold both English and Maths qualification equivalent to GCSE C or above or 4+ / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Adult Numeracy or Literacy = Level 2
• Degree or equivalent
• Qualification or training relevant to the role.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification
• Level 3 teaching qualification or willing to work towards
