We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN (PLMD) Teacher to join our supportive secondary school team in Chelmsford. This is a full-time position, starting immediately, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PLMD). As an SEN (PLMD) Teacher, you will work closely with students who require individualized learning strategies, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to succeed.

The ideal SEN (PLMD) Teacher will be passionate about supporting students with complex needs, including sensory, physical, and cognitive impairments. You will be responsible for planning and delivering differentiated lessons, developing resources, and working with other staff members and external professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, the SEN (PLMD) Teacher must have a patient and empathetic approach, as well as the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. You will also have excellent communication skills and experience in working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with PLMD.
