Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality teaching and support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Develop and implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters a sense of belonging and promotes engagement.
Work closely with other staff members, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and adapting teaching methods as required.
Support students in developing life skills, independence, and confidence.

About You:

You will hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Experience in teaching or supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable, though ECTs with a passion for SEN are also encouraged to apply.
A strong understanding of SEN strategies and how to implement them effectively.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
