Our supportive and inclusive secondary school in Essex is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our SEN team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality teaching and support to students with a range of special educational needs.

  • Develop and implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.

  • Work closely with other staff members, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.

About You:

  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
