Asbestos Surveyor Analyst - Durham

Up to £38,000 + Great Benefits

Our well-respected, UKAS accredited client is on the lookout for a BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to cover a wide range of projects located across the Northeast.

The company has been operating in accordance with UKAS legislation for over 50 years. An award-winning business that employs in industries like health and safety, water services and construction. The job in hand will vary from commercial and industrial sites only… no domestic jobs!

Experience requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

  • All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified with 7 years of industry experience
  • Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management
  • Excellent knowledge of UK asbestos legislation
  • Good IT skills and experience in using TEAMS systems

Common Duties for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:

  • Accurate assessment of asbestos removal works, detection of asbestos debris and Analyst ensuring constant compliance with HSG 247 clearance test.
  • Account management for specific clients.
  • Communicating with clients and line managers to ensure the smooth running of site work.
  • Processing of samples and generating final reports in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the training of less experienced team members.
