Role Overview:
- Conduct Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments in residential properties.
- Identify and report on potential hazards following HHSRS guidelines.
- Provide detailed and accurate survey reports.
- Advise on remediation measures where necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in conducting HHSRS surveys.
- Full understanding of HHSRS methodology and legislation.
- Relevant qualification or certification in housing, environmental health, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
