This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join the business who is looking to progress their career. APC support is available if requested.Your new roleAs the Project Surveyor you will sit within the Building Surveying and Project Management team to deliver projects on behalf of clients, predominantly within the commercial property sector. As the Project Surveyor you will be involved in the full project lifecycle from conducting initial defect analysis and condition surveys through to specification writing, contract administration and project delivery. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role you will need a recognised professional qualification e.g. RICS, CIOB or similar. You should have client facing experience within a building surveying and/or project management capacity.
