Job Purpose
- The preparation of tax returns for a varied and growing client portfolio.
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Be the go-to contact for clients and third parties, proactively handling queries and solving problems.
- Liaising with clients to obtain information, ensuring accurate data is received.
- Preparation of client correspondence, via email and mail.
- Owning responsibility of maintaining client records, updating information as required.
- Preparation of assignments for senior management sign off.
- Supporting the wider firm with other duties as needed.

- ACA, ACCA, CA or CTA qualified or a finalist.
- Previous tax experience within practice.
- Enthusiasm for delivering service excellence.
- A natural people person, able to build trusted and respected relationships.
- Sound IT skills and knowledge.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A self-starter who can also work collaboratively with the wider Tax team.
- Articulate, motivated and punctual.
