Sonic Summary

A Senior Vehicle Technician is needed for an Automotive Franchised Dealer in the Chelmsford area, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and alternate Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:30.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £41,000, with an OTE of up to £49,600 per annum, and an additional £2,000 for those holding an EV Qualification.
Candidates must be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience in a Senior Vehicle Technician role within a franchised environment.
Responsibilities include diagnosing complex faults, assisting newer team members, and working closely with the Workshop Controller on complex repairs.

Senior Vehicle Technician

Monday – Friday worked 08:00 – 17:00.
Alternate Saturdays worked 08:00 – 12:30.
Basic Salary up to £41,000 with an OTE of up to £49,600 p.a.

Diagnosing Complex Faults
Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
Working on Complex Repairs
Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
Working closely with the Workshop Controller

The ideal Senior Vehicle Technician will

Be a fully qualified Senior Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
Methodical problem-solving skills
