Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a workshop environment.
- Skills:
- Ability to work to the highest quality standards.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Experience working towards efficiency targets.
- Main dealer experience is preferred but not essential.
- VOSA-approved MOT tester certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
