Position Details:
- Job Title: Warehouse Operative
- Location: Roxwell, Chelmsford (Own vehicle essential)
- Contract Type: Temp To Perm
- Hourly Rate: £12.21
- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
What You'll Do:As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in our distribution process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing orders with precision and speed
- Receiving and documenting incoming stock efficiently
- Conducting regular stock checks to maintain our inventory management system
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid driver's licence and your own transportation
- Previous experience in a warehouse or a similar role is preferred
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A readiness to lift heavy items and engage in manual work
