Are you a Surface Treatment Operative looking for an opportunity within a specialist workshop that have excellent development opportunities and a generous pay package?
This company play a vital role within wider group operations as a rapidly growing Aerospace non-automated Surface Treatments facility. This NadCap approved facility provides essential surface treatments, anodising, mask and paint finish and NDT to both the wider group and its own dedicated customer base. Following a large investment in 2019 they have continually diversified, offering an extremely efficient and professional service to all clients.
This role will see the successful candidate carry out a range of Pre paint chemical treatments on Aluminium, Stainless Steel and other metal components. Processes include jiggling of components of Chromate Conversion and Chromic / Sulphuric / Tartaric Sulphuric Anodizing among other surface treatment processes.

The Role:
- Work to simple instructions provided on job cards and supporting documentation
- Manual handling of both small and large aircraft components will be required
- Adherence to health and safety requirements in terms of LOLER and PUWER
- To be flexible and have a can-do attitude towards multi-skilling and growth in both the Wet Treatments processing and other areas of the business
The Person:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience working in an Aerospace Production Environment advantageous
