About the role of a Senior Technical Coordinator
As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will provide support to the management team in the planning, coordination and design functions on each allocated project from Tender to Post Contract. The Technical Coordinator provides administrative support to the Technical Management team in the planning, coordination and design on each project from Tender to Post Contract.
Requirements for a Senior Technical Coordinator
- Experience of Project Management in either a development company or professional practice
- Residential experience
- Experience and understanding of technical issues
- Knowledge and understanding of regeneration in mixed use tenure development
