We are seeking a diligent and driven Financial Accountant to manage financial processes and ensure financial integrity within the industrial / manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.

Description
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to guide business decisions.
- Manage and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounting.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather, analyse, and interpret relevant financial data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across Finance, the Division, and the broader business. Actively promote the Central Finance team and its colleagues within the wider organisation.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software.
- High level of commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
