We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Financial Controller to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in driving financial strategy and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise the organisation's financial performance.
  • Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Manage the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, aligning financial goals with company objectives.
  • Support senior leadership with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a financial management role, with strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of management.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
