Robert Half have partnered with a growing organisation based in Cheltenham to recruit an interim Management Accountant.
This role has been created due to an internal re-shuffle of the finance function.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4-6 months
Day rate: Up to £340.00 per day (Via umbrella & dependent on experience)
Working pattern: 3 days office based and 2 remote
Location: Central Cheltenham
You will report into the finance manager and be responsible for:
- Support the ongoing upgrade to their finance system, contributing to a smooth transition and enhanced functionality for our accounting processes.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Manage sales ledger control accounts, particularly those relating to a recent acquisition, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
- Balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring precision and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in establishing group VAT registration across the groups entities, ensuring full compliance with all applicable VAT regulations.
- Contribute to the year-end audit
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualifications (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
