Salary: up to £50k

Autograph Recruitment are currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious qualified/QBE accountant to join an accountancy practice with their head office in Cheltenham.  You will ideally have at least 5 years experience of working within a UK practice and be ACCA or ACA qualified.

You will need to have experience of working with a variety of software including QuickBooks and Xero.  They are looking for a confident, client facing accountant who has the ability to adapt and effectively manage their own workload.

The role includes the following duties –

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients
  • Speaking and meeting with clients
  • Advising clients on a wide range of financial and commercial matters
  • Statutory and management accounts preparation
  • Supporting the junior members of the team
  • You will need to have a positive “can do” attitude, be hard working and have a creative approach to solve problems
