We are seeking an Established Accounts assistant to join our Financial Services client. This role is integral to maintaining close relationships with internal divisions and external trading partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the prompt collection of premiums, payment of claims/refunds, administration of ledgers, and detailed analysis of uncollected premiums, cash, and funding.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally without errors.
  • Fully and accurately view, enter, amend, update, and submit data onto relevant systems.
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Review and update departmental reports, taking action as appropriate, in line with procedures.
  • Conduct reconciliation of payments and statements, and allocate funds accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and relevant computer systems.
