Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM, with a 30-minute lunch.

Your new role As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance team for this company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing direct cost invoices and monitoring the purchase ledger inbox.
• Exporting invoices from the reservation system to the accounting system.
• Assisting with weekly payment runs and reconciling supplier statements.
• Handling internal company statements and internal/external queries.
• Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit processes.
• Completing ad hoc projects as needed.

What you'll need to succeedWhat you'll need to succeed:

• AAT qualified OR part qualified (or qualified by experience with 2+ years)
• 2+ years of experience in finance.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
