Job Summary
- Cashbooks experience
- Upload statements
- Post all AR and GL transactions
- Reconcile cashbook to bank statements
- Sales commission
- Run reports
- Review reports and issue self-billing invoices
- US Sales Tax
- Make payments
- Reconcile postings
- Credit Control
- Update weekly accounts receivable spreadsheets for US and UK
- Monitor comments provided for overdue debts
- Follow up on overdue debts with account managers or customers
- Provide statements, copy invoices and issue credit notes
- Accounts receivable emails
- Manage ARUK & AR inboxes
- Distribute emails to relevant teams
- Reply to emails
- File remittances
Personal information
- Confidence with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Communication skills: email, Teams and telephone
- Ideally exposure to US Euro and UK currency
