Administrative Assistant - Trainee

My client is seeking an ambitious individual to join their IBA team. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career or with some prior experience, either in insurance or another industry.

As an Apprentice IBA Technician, you’ll familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures, with the chance to grow and develop a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial documents like statements and payment requests
  • Accurately enter and update data using our internal systems
  • Reconcile accounts, manage cash allocation, and ensure payments are processed efficiently
  • Support with report updates and help ensure deadlines are met
