We are looking for someone personable and confident as you will be the only secretary for this team so confidence is very important with this role.

  • Client On-boarding and AML Checks: Facilitate the on-boarding of new clients and conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance.
  • Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage various diaries and emails across the tax team, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
  • Booking travel and accommodation: Effectively organising necessary arrangements for meetings off site.
  • Correspondence and Administration: Handle daily correspondence and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Planning and Co-ordination: Being one step ahead and planning and co-ordinating anything relevant for partners and the wider team.
