Junior Legal PA (Cheltenham)

A prestigious UK law firm seeks a Junior Legal PA on a permanent basis to join their Cheltenham office.

  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Salary to £26,000

Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Compliance Team with the completion of client due diligence, conflict checking and the AML processes
  • Undertake all file closing procedures including the processing of archiving and retrieval
  • Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
  • Producing court bundles
  • Undertaking basic Land Registry searches

Junior Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • CILEX qualified
  • At least 6 months experience within an Admin role at a Legal or Professional Services Firm.
  • Good knowledge and experience of using Software including all Microsoft Office
