What You’ll DoAs an Operations Administrator, you’ll take ownership of crucial administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling client projects, coordinating consultant availability, and managing project progress to meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of key processes, such as verifying documentation and cross-checking project details.
  • Supporting client communication, including managing scheduling queries, providing reports, and responding to access issues during testing.
  • Check POs and managing accounts admin
  • Managing operational platforms such as Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, including updating permissions and client records.
  • Collecting and documenting client feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
