Your experience, understanding and input will drive the project forward, typically in projects spanning 2-4 months at a time.

We are looking for members who work best in small teams to deliver products they take pride in. While were looking for well-rounded individuals, it is not uncommon for members to have their particular niche, from RF Engineering to AI. These niches drive everything we do, from requirements capture to product design and delivery. This allows our consultants to align their work with personal interests and skillsets.

The OR-Engineering team continually draws on the wealth of experience provided by the Capability Development team, who specialise in longer-term software engagements. Thats even more people to learn and grow from.
As part of our team, you will

    • Several years of experience writing software solutions across a variety of domains, with extensive familiarity in C, C++ and Python.
    • Experience of Agile development in a small team, enforcing best practices for resilient software deliverables (Git, Code Quality, CI/CD, Testing, etc..).

    • Enjoy sharing their knowledge with team members and customers alike.
    • Be self-sufficient in managing their time, even when working across multiple projects simultaneously.

    • This vacancy is intended for experienced consultants who can demonstrate several years of applicable experience. As grades progress, we are looking for increased expertise, as well as the ability to lead technical projects and recommend new areas for research.

Whilst we are always open to new skills and backgrounds, successful candidates will typically demonstrate several of the skills listed.
