My client is an established and highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, who have an emphasis on providing first-class customer service and are looking for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor to join their team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Estate Agency Sales Progressor:

  • Liaising between buyers and sellers from sale agreed through to completion
  • Dealing with third parties, such as solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed notes throughout

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Estate Agency Sales Progressor:

  • Prior experience in a legal conveyancing or estate agency role is essential
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills
  • Solution driven, with excellent time management
  • Experience of delivering high levels of customer service
