Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our client's finance team, initially for a period of 6 months on a fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven individual to contribute in a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations with primary responsibility for managing the sales ledger, working alongside a small team.

You'll be processing invoices, receipts, and credit notes accurately and efficiently. Maintaining up-to-date customer accounts will be a critical aspect of your role, as will reconciling discrepancies and handling customer queries with a professional and timely approach. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector or another fast-paced industry. You should be comfortable using accounting software and be proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with customers and various departments within the company to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
