This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start and build their career within financial services, and have a passion for numbers, data, and finance, this is the perfect role for you! Get ready to grow and make an impact while building a rewarding career in a fast-paced, supportive environmentWhat the role involves:

  • Prepare standard documents accurately, including statements, payment requests, and other reports.
  • Input, amend, and update data using systems like Global XB, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Maintain and file electronic and paper records, respond to inquiries, and handle finance-related queries.
  • Review and update key departmental reports, ensuring all actions are taken to meet deadlines.
  • Reconcile unallocated cash and ensure payments and balances are accurately managed.
  • Allocate payments and settlements to the correct ledger transactions, following the department's procedures.
  • Create statements, identify premiums, and make payments or claims, ensuring compliance with procedures.

What you will bring:

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • A passion for numbers and a strong eye for detail!
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • An interest in working in finance or insurance is a plus, but not required.
  • Commitment to completing professional qualifications in insurance (Cert CII).
