Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Range/details: £24,000 - £25,000

My client is a leading plastics manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. They take pride in their state-of-the-art facilities and innovative approach to production. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join their team. The shifts are Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm
Key Responsibilities – Machine Operator
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor up to 5 machines to ensure efficient and accurate production of plastic products.
- Quality Checking: Conduct regular quality checks on manufactured products to ensure they meet the company's standards and specifications.
- Packing and Labelling: Safely pack finished products into designated containers, ensuring proper labelling and documentation.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate smoothly and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strictly follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements – Machine Operator
- Previous experience manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and manage up to 5 machines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
