My client, a highly respected nationally renowned business, known for its innovative and values-driven approach, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead their dedicated team and oversee the performance of their modern, vibrant offices.

This is an exciting, hands-on role for a natural leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is motivated by fostering a people-focused, high-performance culture!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of service for colleagues and members.
  • Drive commercial performance by achieving sales targets and managing costs effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with service providers, local partners, and the wider community.
  • Foster a collaborative and development-focused culture within your team, promoting cross-training and teamwork.
  • Oversee member engagement activities and proactively manage member relationships, renewals, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and operational protocols.

You will have:

  • The ability to build and nurture partnerships
  • Leadership/management experience and passion
  • Experience of creating a positive, empowered workplace
  • Strong communication skills
  • P&L management experience
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience
