What will you do?

Lead a team of support operators at theCheltenhamsite to ensure our Metal Working lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners and other Quaker Houghton industrial fluids necessary for the clients manufacturing process, are working under the best conditions.

Such as:

  • Ensure that the team keeps equipment & products involved properly maintained and operated.
  • Oversee that the team meets high cleanliness standards where our products operate.
  • Ensure the team follows all quality, safety & environmental policies.
  • Administrative and data entry tasks into our software application.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Quaker Houghton teams involved and the main customer stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
  • 2-year experience in team management in any sector. Even though it is an advantage, no industrial experience is necessary.
  • We are looking for someone with leadership skills who is a fast learner and eager to develop a career in the manufacturing sector working with well-established multinational companies.
  • Valid driving license is a must.
  • Good English skills.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft suits i.e Excel, Word and Powerpoint
