The Job Role:
- A Head Chef to lead a busy quality hotel working for aa rosette standards
- To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
- A Head Chef to take full P&L responsibility
- Developing a high-performing and motivated team
The Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
- Experience with managing large teams is a must
- You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- The successful Head Chef will have led fresh food operations
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
- Must come from a busy Hotel or premium gastro pub background
