We are now looking for experienced junior sous chef or sous chef to join the team at this lovely sustainable café/restaurant operation near Cheltenham. This really is a perfect job for a foodie chef who stills wants to cook quality fresh food, but also now wants a better life balance. The venue makes everything from fresh and uses as many local suppliers as possible including their own farm.
The restaurant is a day operation (apart from the occasion really evening) with most shifts around the 8am to 4pm 5 days from 7 so a lovely role for the right candidate.

- Previous junior sous or sous chef experience to a high quality fresh food level
- To support the Head Chef making everything from scratch
- A willingness to learn and a desire to progress within your career
- Strong communication skills
