Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this award winning Farm Park, set in the Cotwolds, set on 650 acres Estate the Farm Park is about 50 acres specialising in rare breeds. The park has about 180,000 annual visitors with lots of special events on through out the year.
The restaurant is very popular serving the freshest high quality local produce, a lot of which comes direct from the farm.
What's in it for you?
Working as part of a management team you will assist the head chef in the day to day running of the food operation. You will get a lot of input on menu dishes as they like to collaborate between the chefs, on what goes on the menu at Breakfast, Lunch Dinner, the bakery and special events.
The restaurant can serve up to 200 covers at a time
The chefs work either 8am - 4pm or 11am - 8pm 42 hours per week
