You will work within the Special Process Group, supporting both OE and Spares, ensuring compliance, performing routine tests, and driving process improvements.Key Responsibilities:-Support chemical processing and perform routine technical tests.-Lead and support NADCAP audits.-Drive process and technology improvements for enhanced quality and efficiency.-Maintain equipment, calibration, and documentation standards.-Collaborate with suppliers and customers to meet production requirements.Skills & Requirements:-Background in chemical processing or quality testing (chemical/pharmaceutical-based).-Experience with audits, problem-solving, and quality control.-Excellent communication and IT skills.-Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent.-Strong time management and flexibility to support other process departments.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on process improvements.
