Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to set up meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Pitch their tailored insurance solutions in a way that resonates with the unique needs of startups and high-growth businesses, either virtually or face-to-face.
  • Work closely with the Broking team to guide clients through the sales process, from introduction to onboarding.
  • Attend industry events to expand your network and meet potential clients.
  • Help ensure operational excellence by monitoring internal processes and working collaboratively with the team to drive results.

About You:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in sales (ideally insurance sales but this is desirable, not essential) or customer service and are confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You’re a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a positive, dependable approach.
  • You thrive in high-growth environments and are passionate about startups.
  • You’re excited about working in a role that offers real impact and room for growth.
