All about this role
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the aim of this role is to coordinate and manage marketing support requests across the business, primarily focusing on delivery of content, social media support, reporting, and campaigns.

  • Support with the implementation of the marketing strategies, plan and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage all marketing team support requests from across the business - (task logs, briefs, content support, social media support, reporting, new initiatives, and lead generation)
  • Support with the delivery of marketing elements of wider business projects
  • Work directly with the partnership team to identify opportunities and deliver effective partnership marketing and communications
  • Work directly with the growth team to identify opportunities and deliver effective growth-marketing and communications
  • Key contributor to our social media plan
  • Support CX lead with client marketing communications (build, timings, delivery, reporting) marketing led / added value content inc client news round ups
  • Support the businesses ongoing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) objectives and B Corp responsibilities
  • Contribute towards raising brand awareness and identifying suitable prospects
  • Ad hoc – any other business support as and when required (client gifts, sponsorship, supplier management)
  • Managing the workload and priorities of our external freelancers/agencies

Skills you’ll need for this role

  • Strong experience in a wide range of marketing, including social media, email marketing and the use of content management systems
  • Good knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Intellectually curious and always keen to learn
  • A creative thinker who is always producing new and relevant ideas
  • A confident communicator, able to receive and give clear briefs and understand/draw out key requirements either in-person or through written briefs
  • A natural collaborator who enjoys working across multiple teams
