8am - 4pm with potential overtime (Varies depending on project)

My client are looking for a Skilled Groundworker to join a hardworking, positive approach team and to help us create top-quality landscapes and construction projects.

The role of a Skilled Groundworker:
- Getting stuck into all aspects of groundwork - lifting, shifting, and shaping sites to perfection.
- Setting up and breaking down equipment and structures.
- Using and maintaining tools & machinery-Â from hand tools to heavy kit.
- Keeping things organised and safe-Â a tidy site is a productive site!
- Working alongside a solid team to hit deadlines and deliver top-quality work.
- Spotting and reporting hazards- safety is key!
- Always learning and improving-Â training provided to help you level up your skills.
What we are looking for in a Skilled Groundworker:
- A hardworking attitude and willingness to graft.
- Good physical fitness-Â this job keeps you moving!
- Experience using tools (power tools, hand tools-Â we use them all).
- A strong team player who communicates well.
- Ability to follow instructions and crack on independently when needed.
- Health & Safety awareness (preferred but not essential).
Advantageous but not required:Â
- A UK driver’s licence (huge plus!).
- Experience in landscaping or construction.
- Skills operating diggers, dump trucks, or wacker plates.
