DV Cleared Lead DevOps EngineerAre you passionate about solving real-world challenges and safeguarding national security? I am on the lookout for a Lead DevOps Engineer with enhanced DV Security ClearanceKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead Development & Implementation: Drive the creation of secure cloud environments for national security and defence data and analytics.
  • Automated Deployments & Upgrades: Utilise configuration management tech for automated deployments, ensuring smooth upgrades and fixes across test and production environments.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Application Deployment: Build, test, and deploy systems using CI/CD and IaC techniques.
  • Custom Test Automation Support: Contribute to the development of custom automation frameworks and maintain scripts to align with evolving requirements.
  • Collaborative Environment Management: Assist in the setup and maintenance of environments for both manual and automated testing, providing production support by investigating and resolving incidents.
  • Routine Maintenance & Analysis: Engage in regular application maintenance and conduct gap analysis to identify viable solutions and assist in scoping modifications.
  • Contingency Planning & Documentation: Participate in contingency planning and document new or modified module functions and test results.
  • Mentorship: Guide and inspire your team to meet project goals efficiently.
Core Competencies:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering production-grade cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in DevSecOps and Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Proficient in AWS cloud deployment, with experience in hybrid environments.
  • Skilled in using open-source and commercial software tools within cloud-centric setups.
  • Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab/Atlassian Suite for source control and code reviews.
  • Competence with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Capability in Test Driven Development approaches and tools.
  • Understanding of cloud orchestration and containerisation technologies, such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Knowledge of distributed event streaming technologies like Kafka and Flink.
