Business Development ExecutiveCheltenham£25,000 + Commission Located in the heart of Cheltenham, my client are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their sales team, due to a staggering amount of growth in recent years! About the Role:

  • Helping complete quotes to secure new business.
  • Being the first point of contact for potential clients.
  • Lising with agents and partners regarding referrals
  • Updating and communicating with agents under the Partners' supervision.
  • Participating in business development activities like visiting agents, attending networking events, and organising agent events.

About You:

  • Previous experience in sales or business development (preferred).
  • Self-motivation and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with making and receiving a high volume of calls.
  • A strong communicator, happy to visit clients at other offices and events
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Must have a driving licence, and happy commuting to other offices in Gloucestershire
